The Fish Masala brings the heat with a healthy dose of chili powder that predominates this masala. The masala balanced out with the floral and citrusy notes of coriander, earthiness of turmeric and sweetness of garlic powder. It is recommended that you use one teaspoon per pound of fish or shellfish for spicy, but not fiery curry. For those that like their curries hot, feel free to add as much as you think you can handle.
